We are not a direct retail store. Valasai Studio does not manufacture, warehouse, package, ship or directly process payments for physical products.

1. We create and publish original designs.
2. Products featuring those designs are made available through a third-party print-on-demand platform.
3. When you select a product, you are taken to the relevant third-party platform.
4. The third-party platform handles checkout, payment, production, fulfillment, shipping, returns and refunds according to its own policies.
